ALLAN PAGUIA

This site is dedicated to Atty. Alan Paguia, the lawyer’s lawyer. Alan Paguia has been the lawyer of deposed President Joseph “Erap” Estrada sometime ago. Paguia’s license was unfairly and illegally revoked by the Supreme court after he lambasted the Supreme court justices of such a wrong-doing in illegally swearing-in Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo as president.

The justices obviously knew that such task was not a proper constitutional procedure yet they were compelled to do so because of politics involved where they were supposed to be non-partisan. Hence, their only option was to disbar Paguia who became a victim of such action.

Paguia nevertheless never ever disputed nor requested the Supreme court to restore his license since doing so would constitute acknowledging its authority to do such illegal and unconstitutional right of debarring him from practicing as a lawyer.

Paguia then requests and prays that the Rule of Law prevail in the Philippines by acknowledging that democracy be unequivocally restored and observed at all times. Granting him his license shall at least partially attest to it.
